My children, all of you are Mine and My love for each one of you is unlimited. When you open your hearts to that love, My divine love will flow and you yourself will rise to the higher levels of consciousness until, one day, you reach the Christ level of consciousness, when you and God really become one... p 10

It is when love is blocked that you separate yourself from the Lord. Always look on the bright side of everything. Never dwell on the problems or the difficulties that come into your life, since they are simply transient, just like the problems and difficulties of the past. They are little experiences which you need to propel you along the spiritual path and you have brought them into your life for your own good. My child, unity is divinity. Look for and see that unity in everyone and everything... p 14
When love flows from the heart, there is such compassion that you develop an overwhelming desire to go out and serve fellow man. It comes from the realization that all are one, all are part of the whole, and the whole is God. In reality, you and God are one, and when love flows and you are full of compassion, then you see God in everyone. This is the meaning of unity... p 25
So, be like the wise souls who welcome difficulties and grasp the chance to face them and, thus, the opportunity to move ahead on the spiritual path. Look at all problems in this way, as opportunities, not real difficulties... p 42
You are lucky, indeed, that you have incarnated in this time and it is not by accident that this has happened. So, if you have found Me, do not throw away the chance which you now have to move far along the path... p 64
All are God, all are one, all part of the whole. It is that thought that should be constantly in your mind, the unity that exists throughout the universe, the unity that is divinity... p 105
Realize the great truth that we are all one, all God, and that the body is simply a temporary vehicle for the soul. Live with God, live in God, be God, and then you will find peace, happiness, fulfillment and eventual liberation… p 107
Meditate on these thoughts, talk to the Lord at every opportunity during the day, and then He will come to you. Become aware of His presence everywhere, in everyone and everything, and the fact that in reality there is only God. All other thoughts are a form of illusion... p 146

See Him as your shadow, always there beside you or behind you. Treat Him as part of yourself for that is what He is, not just an aspect of yourself, but your higher self... p 5
The more evolved souls have learnt to welcome problems of every kind, for each problem brings a new opportunity to progress. And as the evolved soul approaches the end of the journey, there are no problems or illnesses, as you understand them, just passing events which are observed, like a bird that flies past in the sky. The evolved soul is unaffected by events, illnesses or anything else and instead, remains calm, happy and full of joy at all times knowing that he and God are one... p 15
See God here, see God there, see God in everyone that you meet during the day and treat them as though they really are God. Contemplate the truth that, in fact, you are all one. Your separate bodies lead you to believe that you are separate, but you are not the body and you must learn to dissociate yourself from that body. Look after it and keep it in perfect condition, but do not confuse the body with yourself. "I AM YOU, YOU ARE ME, ALL ONE, ALL GOD " When you know this and live your life with the perfect understanding of that fundamental truth, you will be filled with peace, love and joy, and nothing will or can ever disturb you again... p 41
All days are beautiful! It is not the days that matter but what goes on deep within you as each day passes. It is the soul experience that matters, and the soul should contemplate the glory of God at all times, regardless of the weather!… p 44
Remember that those problems and obstacles do not really exist, except in the minds of those who are not ready to see them for what they really are: nothing. Yes, obstacles are nothing at all!... p 87
Look at the waves and the ocean. Here you see movement and apparent separation but, equally clearly, you can see that each wave is merely a temporary phenomenon and, and very quickly, it reverts to what it really is: part of the ocean, part of the whole. When man understands that he is just like the wave and that he is part of the whole, which is God, then he will blend more easily into humanity, realizing that these same people are part of himself... p 94
Turning to God means bringing God into your life and establishing a rapport and a strong and vital link at all times... p 112
Surrender is a state or attitude of mind. You surrender your will to the will of God. You make the choice to let your whole life, everything you do, even every thought, be of His will, not yours. You do everything for and with Him.
You constantly ask yourself, "What would He like me to do in this instance?" Then you do it and you dedicate it to Him. You observe the result but you do not concern yourself with it. True surrender brings you closer and closer to God, for you are in constant communion with Him during each day. Also, you begin to see God in everyone and everything, all around you, all the time, everywhere, always.
Once you have surrendered completely to God, you experience for the first time absolute freedom from the worries, problems and ills of this world. You can be happy and even laugh in apparent adversity. Whatever is happening is a game, God's game, and you play your part and enjoy it... p 123
Learn to live in the world, but do not become part of it. See yourself as you really are, God in human form, and do not confuse yourself with the body. That is simply a vehicle that carries you through life, just as the car caries the passenger... p 125

Man on the spiritual path detaches himself from the world of matter. He lives in the world but he does not become part of it. He sees the illusion of all around him and recognises the false values which lead others astray: worldly possessions, personal position and power. He observes the ego that develops in such people, a simple reflection of the state in which they find themselves as they chase after false gods... p 11
Life is not as you see it. There is no death, only changes from one state to another and different levels of consciousness. There is no separation of spirit; there is only one spirit, the spirit of God. Everyone is a droplet of the Divine... No-one has gone; everyone is here now; there is no separation. The body is a vehicle, a temporary vehicle for the soul in one life or incarnation... p 16
The group souls grow together in a certain pattern, and they become members of a cosmic family group. As a result, they tend to reincarnate as a group but spread out as their spiritual growth calls for wider earthly experiences. However, during each lifetime, they are usually drawn together in some quite unexpected way and, at the soul level, they will be aware of the strong links that exist between them from the pass. That awareness is more apparent to some than to others... p 18
Man himself is not part of the world, even though he lives in it for a while. Man is God and he does not belong to the earth. He spends time in a physical body to gain experience, but this is not his permanent home. Man's home is God. That is where he came from and that is where he is going, from God to God, a transition through many levels of consciousness... p 55
You have come into this life of your own volition, knowing at a deeper level that you can only progress if you go through certain experiences which are unique to the earth life... Do not be disturbed by what you experience on earth, however traumatic those experiences may be. See them as something which is necessary and learn from them so that you can pass through that part of your spiritual journey and move forward... p 122
Consider your first thought when you wake up. It should be a moment when you turn to God and start your day in perfect attunement with Him. in whatever form you see or worship Him. He is here, He is there, He is everywhere, within and without and in every form and shape. Try to identify yourself with God in the form that you choose and remain attuned to Him throughout the day. Do everything in partnership with God, do everything for Him, and accept the result of all that you do as His will... p 135
When you accept yourself as you really are, you will realise the divinity within which is the real you. When that realisation comes, there will be no more need to masquerade or play a part. You will manifest yourself as pure divinity attuned to the highest level of consciousness. Obstacles may appear on the path and, if they do, you will be able to observe them, giving them no importance... p 137

Spend some time each day in complete quietness so that you may hear the voice of God within. That is the voice of your higher self, the soul, the spark of divinity within everyone. Listen to the inner voice that comes from your highest level of consciousness, and follow the inner feelings that flow from your connection with that source of all creation... p 11
Spiritually enlightened souls can experience pain without being affected by it, because they have moved to higher levels of consciousness. They can smile in adversity because they are with God all the time and, like God, are the witness to all that goes on around them, even to what is happening to their own bodies. It is an advanced state, but that is the direction in which you should be going, away from the physical and material level, towards the higher levels of spirituality and toward the Godhead... p 13
One life leads to another; the attachments and desires are still there and they draw you back, time and time again, until all the bonds are broken and you reach a desireless state.... One day you will realise that all you want is God, and to be reunited with your divine Mother and Father, the source which was your origin... p 53
Love yourself as an aspect of the Divine. Love the world and all those souls who are here at this time. No part of that love will ever be wasted... p 113
See only love, light and divinity in everyone you meet, whoever they may be... p 143

Love does not come from the intellect. It is a spiritual energy that flows from the heart. The heart itself is like a channel through which the divine love of God can flow, but only when the heart is open… p 11
Life on earth is always followed by death, but that is purely death of the physical body. At the higher levels of consciousness, there is no death, only evolution and growth of the soul from one level of consciousness to another on the path that leads back to the source, the Godhead… p 32
There is no problem that cannot be overcome and solved if you open your hearts and allow the love energy to flow. That love is divine and can break down all barriers… p 70
